Refund/Exchanges Policies

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your receiving your item(s). Merchandise must be returned in the original package, unused. Request a Return Request using the form below. We will  not accept returns or exchanges for clearance items.

Custom orders

We offer custom apparel and accessories. We specialize in custom jewelry and scarves. Please send us an email with your custom request. There is normally a minimum quantity of 50-75 pieces to make any custom order. Please email us at support@believeaccessories.com

Exchanges

 For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost. We will email an invoice for the amount of the return shipping cost.

Believe Accessories Inc will pay the shipping cost for items being shipped due to our error. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the  same item or different item, please complete the Return Request form . Click the Refund/Exchange tab from the home page to access this form.
